Alexandra Breckenridge

American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her career began with supporting roles in the teenage comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). In the FX series Dirt, she played Willa McPherson as a reporter. She also played the role of a supporting character in the show that ran for a short time, The Ex List. She was a part of the young Moira O'Hara in the first season of FX's American Horror Story, and she played Kaylee in the third season. She was Jessie Anderson's character in AMC's The Walking Dead. Sophie played her character in the NBC show This Is Us. She also voiced a variety of characters from Family Guy's animated comedy series. Since 2019she has been on the show as Melinda "Mel" Monroe, a character on the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge was a resident of Darien, Connecticut, until 10 years old when she and her mother moved to California. They moved around for a year before settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 years old when she first began to pursue an interest in photography, acting and singing. At the age of 15, she and her mother moved back to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career
